Duett- Drawings
Desire is a romantic word, which both of us felt
and tried to implement in our drawing project.
In our daily life together, we realized that verbal language alone is not sufficient to adequately express our thoughts and emotions. As a creative alternative, we developed a drawing technique that gave us a new space and enhanced our communication.

We see our abstract drawings as traces.
They are not merely forms on paper, but remnants of
something that has happened: signs of movement, the scuff marks of time,
the echo of the uncontrollable. Every line, every beginning and end of a line,
and every surface is an expression of a moment in which our hands communicated through movement, rhythm and colour. In this way, the drawing becomes a visual record of an action that took place between us - hopefully - independent of language, time and cultural context.
